This private cozy studio presents close proximity to La Salle University and Einstein's Hopsital. It is perfect for couples and traveling professionals.

The space
Up to 2 visitors would be most comfortable in this unit. There is a queen bed with a memory foam mattress for a good night's sleep.
- KITCHEN
You can prepare or reheat your food on our one burner induction hot plate. There is also a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster, and other utilities like cookware.
Excellent Latin restaurants and good Vietnamese restaurants are both nearby, and both serve delicious food.
- BATHROOM
Hot water, a blow dryer, body and hand soap, a couple of clean towels, and a standing shower stall are all available in the bathroom. Use an iron and an ironing board to deflate after a trip.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
This studio is located in Philadelphia's Olney neighborhood.
This property is located in a working-class African American community. The Fox Chase Line's Olney train station stop is about a 10-minute walk from my home.
A mixture of old buildings, vacant lots, and new construction can be seen in this historic neighborhood, which is gradually being beautified. This is not the best place for you to live if you are the kind of person who feels threatened by seeing old neighborhoods or minorities.
We are upfront and truthful about the advantages and disadvantages of our property. All that is said in the advertisement is reflected in our price.

2. Should you require an early check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, provided that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival. Please note that an additional fee of $70.00 will be charged to prioritize the unit for early check-in by 1 PM. Similarly, a late checkout fee of $70.00 applies for extensions until 1 PM.
3. It is of utmost importance to maintain a safe and lawful environment within our premises. In the event that any guest is found using illicit drugs within the unit, we are obligated to report all accompanying guests to the local authorities. Our associates, who reside near the property, are vigilant in identifying and reporting any violations. Furthermore, a fine of $500 will be imposed on the responsible guest, and a report will be submitted to Airbnb, which may result in a future ban from the platform.
4. Please be aware that we have a 24/7 security camera recording system at the entrance of the premises. This system includes a two-way communication feature to verify the number of guests entering the property. Additionally, a passive infrared motion-noise detector is installed in the hallway, respecting your privacy rights. It is essential to note that this device does not record actual sounds, conversations, or individuals. Instead, it solely measures noise levels (in decibels) and detects movement in the common areas. This measure is implemented solely to prevent unauthorized parties. Rest assured that no cameras are present inside the unit, and your privacy remains a top priority for us.
5. To ensure the cleanliness of our unit, we have partnered with a professional cleaning service company. Please be aware that we do not offer room service or restock supplies during your stay. However, if you require any housekeeping services during your time with us, they are available for an additional fee.

What is your check-in time?
Check-in and check-out times are 3PM and 11AM, respectively. However we may permit early check-in or late check-out on request, with a cost, and subject to availability of the unit.
What IDs do you require me to provide?
Before your visit, please email us a picture of your valid government issued id like a driver’s license or passport.
What is your policy about children?
Children of all ages count as 'people' and must be included in the guest count. Arriving at the unit with more guests than you booked, including visitors, babies and small children, violates our policy. Please book for the correct number of guests.
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed inside or within 10 feet of the building. It is your responsibility to dispose of any butts safely.
What is your policy about pets?
Pets (limited to dogs or cats) are welcome with an extra fee depending on the length of stay; however, we do request that they stay off the furniture, beds, or blankets/throws as pet hair is difficult to remove. They must be potty trained, clean, and not aggressive. Please pick any waste from the house and dispose of it in the trash can. It is your responsibility to ensure the animals do not damage or destroy the property or make excessive noise - this includes but not limited to barking. If your pet does have an accident inside we request you clean it up immediately.
What is your policy about events or parties?
Any events or parties must have a paper agreement with certain terms and an event fee. You can discuss the details with us; but as long as terms are clear, you're good to go.
