Searching for a budget apartment near Philadelphia airport and the train station within walking distance?

Six people can sleep here comfortably thanks to two queen beds and a sofa bed. Both rooms have lockable doors, making it possible for two couples to stay together. 

We welcome pets. Free street parking, 100 MBPS WiFi & a Smart Roku TV. Church's Chicken and Walgreens are both within walking distance. At the Frankford transit center, the train station is one block away.

A short flight of stairs leads up to this apartment, which is located on the second floor of the Townhouse.

This old apartment has been renovated and furnished with everything you need. Do not expect anything extravagant. Only those travelers interested in a low-cost apartment with all the amenities needed for a short or extended stay in a secure building should only book.

-SPACE FOR SLEEPING

The living area, which has an own door and overlooks the street, features a Queen Size bed and an extra Sofa Bed. The bedroom at the back is likewise outfitted with a Queen-size bed. The apartment has room for six people to sleep comfortably.

-KITCHEN

The kitchen is equipped with a double door refrigerator, coffee maker, and stove with oven. There are enough plates, cups, and utensils for a small family in addition to a few pots and pans and all the culinary necessities.

-BATHROOM

A private bathroom with a bath tub, a blow dryer, and a few clean towels is provided for you. If you want to unfold after your vacation, we also have an iron and an ironing board for you to use.

-PARKING

There is plenty of parking on both sides of the street because the property is situated on a broad street.

1. DO NOT book this unit if you plan to throw a party or hold any type of event, party, or large gathering. You will not get away with it. There are cameras all over the exterior of the building and the stairways along with noise detectors. Airbnb has NEW policies in place that strictly penalize guests who throw parties with disturbances inside of their units. 

2. If you need an early check in, we will try to accommodate you if you let us know at least 24 hours prior your arrival. The housekeeper charges $70.00 to prioritize the unit for early check in by 1 PM. Late checkout fee by 1 PM is $70.00.

3. In the case of any guests using illicit drugs within the unit, all accompanying guests will be reported to local authorities. Our property manager lives next door and will report any violation. The guest will also be fined $500 as well as would be reported directly to Airbnb and possibly banned from using the platform in the future.

4. There is 24/7 Security Camera Recording with 2 way communication system at the entry of the Premise to verify the Number of Guests. A Passive Infrared motion-cum-Noise Detector is located in the Hallway which respects your privacy rights. The device is NOT able to record the actual sounds or conversations or people, rather it simply listens to the noise level (measured in decibels) and detects movement in the Common Area. THIS IS TO PREVENT PARTIES. We don’t have cameras inside the Unit. Your privacy is important to us! 

5. Our unit cleaning is accomplished by a professional cleaning service company. We do not provide room service or restock supplies during your stay. However if any housekeeping service is needed during your stay, it is available for an additional fee.
