ABOUT THE SPACE :-
A) With one Queen Bed, one Day Bed, one Floor mattress in the bedroom and One Sofa Bed in the Living Area, my home can comfortably sleep upto 6 people.
B) Kitchen is stocked with Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Stove, a wide range of cookware, dinnerware and barware.
C) Walk straight to the front of the house and you can self check-in using a lockbox on the Front Door.
D) The apartment has a Window Air Conditioner for cooling and Central HVAC for heating.
E) The Dining Table has a power outlet nearby and doubles up as a Study Desk if you plan on working from home. The wifi receives upto 40 mbps of speed.
F) There is a full bathroom with a Bath tub, few toiletries, blow dryer and a couple of fresh towels for your exclusive use. We do not guarantee that we would have one towel for each of your guests unless specified by you. However, we try to leave a few towels on each bed. Hence, it’s best to get your own towels.
G) Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 11 am. If you need a guaranteed early check-in or check out, I need to schedule a cleaner with a rush fee so there is an extra fee of $40 for early check-in or late check out.

What time can I Check-in?
You can check-in anytime after 3 PM. Check in phone support is only available until Eleven pm. You may check in until two am as long as you can self check in with out our help. Just read the check in instructions we shall send you, and follow the instructions!!
If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you if you let us know before your arrival. The fee for an early check in is $40.00.
What is your Check-out Time?
Check-out by 11 am unless a Late Check-Out is approved. Should you need a late check-out, please ask 24 hours in advance. We'll let you know if it's possible. Late checkout fee is $40.00
What is the Check-in Process?
You don’t have to meet us to check-in. It’s a very simple process. The unit is setup for Self Check-in using a Lock pad on the Door. We will send you a password to access the door on the day of your arrival. The password will be valid for the length of your reservation.
Can I Bring My Pet?
Pets (limited to dogs or cats) are welcome with an extra fee of 55 USD for the stay; however, we do request that they stay off the furniture, beds, or blankets/throws as pet hair is difficult to remove. They must be potty trained, clean, and not aggressive. Please pick any waste from the house and dispose of it in the trash can. It is your responsibility to ensure the animals do not damage or destroy the property or make excessive noise - this includes but not limited to barking. If your pet does have an accident inside we request you clean it up immediately.
Am I allowed to smoke Inside?
NO SMOKING INSIDE: Thank you for not smoking, vaping, or burning anything inside, including candles, incense, or illegal substances. Kindly smoke outside, away from open windows/doors. It is your responsibility to dispose of any butts safely and ensure they are disposed of in an ash tray. 200 USD Deep Cleaning Fee will be charged if you smoke inside.
