About Space :-     

The apartment is located on the first floor, so NO STAIRS!

This apartment is located at corner of a street with ample amount of Restaurants only steps way. There is also a supermarket one block away.

-SLEEPING SPACE

The sleeping situation is flexible. The Queen Bed sleeps 2 guests comfortably and the floor mattress can accommodate another 1 or 2 people if needed.

- KITCHEN

Kitchen is furnished with most of the essentials & a Family Size Refrigerator. We have an electric Hot Plate for Cooking. All Cutlery, Pots, Pans and Sufficient Dinnerware as well as Glassware is available for a family of upto 4 people. An instant coffee maker & Microwave is also available.

- WORK FROM HOME

A Study Table with Chair is available in the Bedroom with a Power Outlet Nearby. We have High Speed wifi which offers upto 100 mbps if you plan on working from home.

- BATHROOM

Private bathroom has a Standing Shower stall. Blow dryer and a couple of fresh towels is available for your exclusive use. Iron with an Ironing Board is available in case you plan to uncrumple after travelling.

- PARKING

Since, this house is located at Corner of the Street, usually there is plenty of room to park on the front as well as left side of the Building.

-NEIGHBOURHOOD

This neighbourhood’s landscape is constantly changing with an interesting mix of older buildings, vacant lots and newer construction. But rest assured that despite any appearance otherwise, you will find it to be a quite safe and beautiful neighbourhood. Most of the daily essentials are at walking distance

Center City (Downtown) & The Convention Center are about a 7-10 minute drive/Uber/Lyft ride from this location.

Temple University is only about a 2-4 minute drive/Uber/Lyft ride from this location, or a even a short walk or bike ride.

Same with Fishtown & Northern Liberties both are only only about a 3-5 minute drive/Uber/Lyft ride from this location.
