The location — NEIGHBORHOOD

Literally everything is close by where this is! Temple University is not far from this neighborhood.

Harbor Park's Spruce St. can be reached in 15 minutes. The majority of our neighbors are either longtime residents or students. It is simple to get around Philadelphia because of its proximity to the Broad Street SEPTA line (Orange). The block is made up of both newer and older buildings. Public transit has a wide range of possibilities.

Other things to note:

1. One more thing to keep in mind is that you SHOULD NOT BOOK THIS UNIT IF YOU PLAN TO HOLD ANY KIND OF EVENT, PARTY, OR LARGE GATHERING. You won't escape with it. Along with noise detectors, the façade of the building is covered in cameras, as are the stairways. There are NEW regulations that severely penalize visitors who host loud parties inside of their apartments.

2. If you let us know at least 24 hours before your arrival that you need an early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate you. For early check-in by 1 PM, the housekeeper will prioritize the unit for a fee of $70.00. By 1 PM, there is a $70.00 late departure fee.

3. All accompanying visitors will be reported to the authorities if any guests are caught using narcotics inside the apartment. The neighbor who manages our property will let us know about any violations. Along with receiving a $500 fine, the offending guest will also be reported and may even face a lifetime ban from the service.

4. To confirm the number of visitors, there is a 24/7 security camera recording system with a two-way communication system at the entrance to the building. In the hallway is a passive infrared motion-cumulative noise detector that respects your right to privacy. The gadget just listens to the noise level (measured in decibels) and detects movement in the Common Area; it is NOT able to capture the actual sounds, conversations, or individuals. PARTIES ARE PREVENTED BY THIS. There are no cameras in the Unit. Our concern for your privacy is great!

5. A reputable cleaning service business performs the cleaning of our flat. During your stay, we won't refill our inventory or offer room service. However, should you require any housekeeping assistance while you are there, it is chargeable extra.

What is your check-in time?
Check-in and check-out times are 3PM and 11AM, respectively. However we may permit early check-in or late check-out on request, with a cost, and subject to availability of the unit.
What IDs do you require me to provide?
Before your visit, please email us a picture of your valid government issued id like a driver’s license or passport.
What is your policy about children?
Children of all ages count as 'people' and must be included in the guest count. Arriving at the unit with more guests than you booked, including visitors, babies and small children, violates our policy. Please book for the correct number of guests.
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed inside or within 10 feet of the building. It is your responsibility to dispose of any butts safely.
What is your policy about pets?
Pets (limited to dogs or cats) are welcome with an extra fee depending on the length of stay; however, we do request that they stay off the furniture, beds, or blankets/throws as pet hair is difficult to remove. They must be potty trained, clean, and not aggressive. Please pick any waste from the house and dispose of it in the trash can. It is your responsibility to ensure the animals do not damage or destroy the property or make excessive noise - this includes but not limited to barking. If your pet does have an accident inside we request you clean it up immediately.
What is your policy about events or parties?
Any events or parties must have a paper agreement with certain terms and an event fee. You can discuss the details with us; but as long as terms are clear, you're good to go.
