Our block features both newer and older buildings, with a mix of longtime residents and students. Please note that we do not permit any events, parties, or large gatherings in our unit, as we take noise violations seriously. Our building features noise detectors and surveillance cameras on the facade and stairways to enforce this policy. If you require an early check-in, please inform us at least 24 hours before your arrival. For an early check-in by 1 PM, there is a fee of $70.00, and a late departure fee of $70.00 applies for check-out after 1 PM. We have a strict no-narcotics policy, and any guests caught using them inside the apartment will be reported to the authorities, along with a $500 fine and potential lifetime ban from our service. For your peace of mind, our building features a 24/7 security camera recording system with a two-way communication system at the entrance. In the hallway, a passive infrared motion-cumulative noise detector is in place, which respects your privacy but prevents parties from occurring. We do not have cameras inside the unit, and we prioritize your privacy. Our flat is cleaned by a reputable cleaning service business. We do not offer room service or replenish inventory during your stay. If you require additional housekeeping services, they are available at an extra charge.
