Your apartment includes:-

LIVING ROOM :-

Living Room has designed with a Queen-sized bed and a Sofa Bed. Bed is furnished with memory foam mattress. There is an additional Floor Mattress as well in this Room.

BEDROOM :-

Bedroom is comparatively a larger room and has been set up with a Queen Bed. The Bed comfortably sleeps upto 2 People.

KITCHEN :-

The apartment has a family size kitchen with most of the essentials. It is well equipped with a refrigerator, Stove with Oven and Microwave. All Cutlery, Pots, Pans and Sufficient Dinnerware as well as Glassware is available for a family of upto 4 people. A Dining area for family of Four is also available.

WORK FROM HOME :-

The dining table with seating for 4 is furnished with a power outlet nearby for your laptop so this area doubles up as a Study desk. We have High Speed wifi which offers upto 100 mbps if you plan on working from home.

TV :-

A Wide 32” Smart Roku TV is available in the living room which has all entertainment apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.

BATHROOM :- 
Private bathroom with a Bath Tub is available. Blow dryer and a couple of fresh towels is available for your exclusive use. Iron with an Ironing Board is available in case you plan to uncrumple after travelling. Bath Tub does not have Stopper in order to make sure guests don’t fill up the Bath Tub.

PARKING :-

Usually there is plenty of room to park on the front of the House. If that spot is taken, you will always find as well as left side of the Building.

-NEIGHBOURHOOD

This is a neighbourhood of working class minorities, nurses, elderly people and African American families. However, If you're uncomfortable around diversity or working class minorities, we encourage you to find another place. Our block is MULTICULTURAL. Being an old neighbourhood that is being beautified, you would see a lot of diversity in this area.
