ABOUT THE SPACE :-
This is a newly constructed 8 BDRM, 4 Bath House.
With 1230 sq. ft of clean, open, charming, and sun-lit area, your Duplex with 4 BDRMs and 2 Bath is located on the second floor with a private door. You can self check-in using the Smart Lock pad on the Door.
The living area, kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath and the dining space is on the First level of the Duplex. The second level has two additional bedrooms and a Bathroom.
A flight of 12 steps shall take you to the second floor which is usually very quiet and the dining table with a power socket next to it for your laptop is the best place for you to finish some work on our High Speed wifi.
All beds have been furnished wit Memory Foam mattress for a peaceful sleep after a long day of City Tour.
Both the bathrooms have Standing Shower stall, Hot water, blow dryer and a couple of fresh towels for your exclusive use. We do not guarantee that we would have one towel for each of your guests unless you specifically ask for it. Hence, it’s best to get your own towels.

What time can I Check-in?
You can check-in anytime after 3 PM. Check in phone support is only available until Eleven pm. You may check in until two am as long as you can self check in with out our help. Just read the check in instructions we shall send you, and follow the instructions!!
If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you if you let us know before your arrival. The fee for an early check in is $40.00.
What is your Check-out Time?
Check-out by 11 am unless a Late Check-Out is approved. Should you need a late check-out, please ask 24 hours in advance. We'll let you know if it's possible. Late checkout fee is $40.00.
What is the Check-in Process?
You don’t have to meet us to check-in. It’s a very simple process. The unit is setup for Self Check-in using a Lock pad on the Door. We will send you a password to access the door on the day of your arrival. The password will be valid for the length of your reservation.
Can I Bring My Pet?
Pets (limited to dogs or cats) are welcome with an extra fee of 55 USD for the stay; however, we do request that they stay off the furniture, beds, or blankets/throws as pet hair is difficult to remove. They must be potty trained, clean, and not aggressive. Please pick any waste from the house and dispose of it in the trash can. It is your responsibility to ensure the animals do not damage or destroy the property or make excessive noise - this includes but not limited to barking. If your pet does have an accident inside we request you clean it up immediately.
Am I allowed to smoke Inside?
NO SMOKING INSIDE: Thank you for not smoking, vaping, or burning anything inside, including candles, incense, or illegal substances. Kindly smoke outside, away from open windows/doors. It is your responsibility to dispose of any butts safely and ensure they are disposed of in an ash tray. 200 USD Deep Cleaning Fee will be charged if you smoke inside.
