About Space :-

This apartment is on the second floor of the Townhouse and can be accessed by a short flight of stairs.

-APARTMENT CONDITION

This is an old apartment which has been renovated with all basic essentials. However, the apartment shows its age. 2 Windows are broken beyond repair but we have sealed them with cardboard in a way that it’s secured. Please do not expect anything fancy. This is only for travelers looking for a budget apartment with all amenities required for a short or long stay in a safe and well secured building.

-SLEEPING SPACE

Living Room with a Private Door which faces the street is designed with a Queen Size bed and an additional Sofa Bed. The back bedroom is also furnished with a Queen size bed. The apartment sleeps 6 people comfortably.

-KITCHEN

Kitchen includes a Stove with Oven, coffee maker and a Double Door Refrigerator. Kitchen has all basic essentials for cooking along with a few pots and pans as well as Plates, Cups and Spoons sufficient for a small family.

-BATHROOM

Private bathroom is designed with Bath Tub, blow dryer and a couple of fresh towels for your exclusive use. We also have an iron along with an ironing board if you plan to uncrumple after your trip.

-PARKING

The house is located on a wide street so ample amount of parking is available on both sides of the street.

-NEIGHBOURHOOD

This is a neighbourhood of working class minorities, nurses, elderly people and African American families. However, If you're uncomfortable around diversity or working class minorities, we encourage you to find another place. Our block is MULTICULTURAL. Being an old neighbourhood that is being beautified, you would see a lot of diversity in this area.
