About Space :-

- APARTMENT

This apartment is on the first floor of a Townhouse which can be accessed by climbing 3 small steps.

- SLEEPING SPACE

The sleeping situation is flexible. The Bunk Bed sleeps 3 guests comfortably, and the 2 sofa beds as well as the floor mattress can accommodate another 4 or 5 people if needed.

- KITCHENNETTE

Although we don’t have a full kitchen, we have most of the essentials. It is well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave and an electric cooktop for cooking. All Cutlery, Pots, Pans and Crockery is provided. A coffee maker with Coffee and Creamer is also available.

- BATHROOM

Private bathroom has a Bath tub, blow dryer and a couple of fresh towels for your exclusive use. Iron with an Ironing Board is available in case you plan to uncrumple after travelling.

- PARKING

Usually there is plenty of room to park on the street right in front of the House. Street parking is secure as we have 2 Exterior cameras which monitor guests’ vehicles 24/7.

- NEIGHBOURHOOD

Use Frankford Transportation Center - MFL, Philadelphia, PA 19124 (Not real address but very close.) **** to find out the distance from my home to the places you will visit during your trip. This neighbourhood’s landscape is constantly changing with an interesting mix of older buildings and newer construction. But rest assured that despite any appearance otherwise, you will find it to be a quite safe and beautiful neighbourhood. Most of the daily essentials and restaurants are at walking distance

- WORK FROM HOME

The dining table with seating for 3 is furnished with a power outlet nearby for your laptop so this area doubles up as a Study desk. We have High Speed wifi which offers upto 100 mbps if you plan on working from home.
