Small Families and Couples are welcome at my house. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to drive to Center City. Granite worktops and stainless steel appliances are in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a family-size refrigerator with microwave and a gas cooking range with oven.

We have hot and cold air options for our central air. A Smart Roku TV and 100 MBPS WiFi are included in the price of the apartment.

There is plenty of free street parking.

The space

The second-floor apartment is accessible via ten steps. It features a contemporary kitchen and is perfect for both couples and alone travelers. Three supermarkets can be found a block away as well.

Two persons can sleep peacefully in the queen bed. There is no room for more visitors.

A private bathroom with a bathtub, hot water, a blow dryer, and a few fresh towels is at your disposal.

Other points to consider

1. We have a very strict rule about large gatherings, parties, or events and are not allowed in my home. Noise detectors and cameras are installed and will be triggered if you do have a gathering of some kind in the building. Please be respectful of other guests as well because sometimes people are working in the building, and there are also families who live here. A fine will be collected for any violation.

2.  If your travel plans will require an early arrival or late departure, please provide 24 hours notice so that we can plan accordingly. If you need to check in before 1 pm, there is a $70.00 additional fee. If you need to check out after 11 am, there is a $70.00 late departure fee.

3. We ensure that all of our guests feel safe. We go above and beyond to adhere to the laws surrounding drug use, and we believe that taking action when things need to be done is the most responsible way forward. If any guests are caught using narcotics inside the apartment building, they will immediately be reported to the authorities with a $500 fine and a potential lifetime ban for rental properties.

4. To confirm the number of visitors, there is a 2 way communication system and a security camera recording 24 hours a day at the entrance to the building. The hallway contains a passive infrared motion- and noise-detecting device that respects your right to privacy. 

5. A reputable cleaning service provider performs the cleaning of our flat. During your stay, we won't refill our inventory or offer room service. However if any housekeeping service is needed during your stay, it is accessible for an extra cost.
