The property is located on the main road across the Widener Library. There are plenty of safe, free street parking spots.
Fishtown and Center City's nightlife are only a 7-minute drive or Uber ride away.
Other points to consider
1. Throwing a party, gathering, or hold any type of big event, is not permitted. The property has camares all over the exterior building and the stairwells, as well as noise detectors.
2. If you require an early check-in, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival. The housekeeper charges $70.00 to prioritize the unit for check-in before 1 PM. The late checkout fee is $70.00 if you check out after 1 PM.
3. All accompanying guests will be reported to local authorities if any guests use illegal drugs within the unit. Our property manager lives next door and will notify us if there is a violation. The guest will also be fined $500 as well as would be reported directly to Airbnb and possibly banned from using the platform in the future.
4. At the entrance, there is a 24-hour security camera recording system with a two-way communication system.

What is your check-in time?
Check-in and check-out times are 3PM and 11AM, respectively. However we may permit early check-in or late check-out on request, with a cost, and subject to availability of the unit.
What IDs do you require me to provide?
Before your visit, please email us a picture of your valid government issued id like a driver’s license or passport.
What is your policy about children?
Children of all ages count as 'people' and must be included in the guest count. Arriving at the unit with more guests than you booked, including visitors, babies and small children, violates our policy. Please book for the correct number of guests.
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed inside or within 10 feet of the building. It is your responsibility to dispose of any butts safely.
What is your policy about pets?
Pets (limited to dogs or cats) are welcome with an extra fee depending on the length of stay; however, we do request that they stay off the furniture, beds, or blankets/throws as pet hair is difficult to remove. They must be potty trained, clean, and not aggressive. Please pick any waste from the house and dispose of it in the trash can. It is your responsibility to ensure the animals do not damage or destroy the property or make excessive noise - this includes but not limited to barking. If your pet does have an accident inside we request you clean it up immediately.
What is your policy about events or parties?
Any events or parties must have a paper agreement with certain terms and an event fee. You can discuss the details with us; but as long as terms are clear, you're good to go.
